Fantômas, el supergrupo formado por Mike Patton (Faith No More), Buzz Osborne (Melvins), Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle) y Dale Crover (Melvins) lanzarán su “The Director´s Cut Live: A New Year´s Revolution” en dvd asi como en cd el 6 de septiembre a través de Ipecac Recordings.
Grabado en el Great Music Hall de San Francisco el 31 de diciembre de 2008, el dvd presenta también comentarios del comediante Neil Hamburger. Fantômas ya habian lanzado la versión de estudio de “The Director´s Cut” en julio de 2001, con una colección de composiciones de peliculas, incluyendo el “The Godfather” de Nino Rota o “The Omen” de Jerry Goldsmith.
